Using recursive analysis with single link module

I have a database in which there are links from a System module to a Subsystem module to another Test module.  I am trying to run a recursive analysis with the Analysis Wizard where all links are using the same link module.  If I choose "All modules" for both the formal and link module, I am able to get values for all objects that have in-links.  However, if I decide to select the specific formal module that is linked directly from the currently open module, I am only able to get one level of links returned.  Is this a limitation of DOORS?  Why is it not able to see the links from the Subsystem module to the Test module even though they use the same link module?
